Mini Taco Bowls

Complete Pinterest Success! I have seen this idea floating around for a while and decided to give it a try this weekend. Our football team - The Seattle Seahawks - are back in the playoffs this year and we were having a playoffs party at our house. What better occasion to whip these up? They were a huge success and both plates were gobbled up....... BTW - one win down, one to go till Superbowl! Go Hawks!!

Pancake Poppers

Yesterday the Seahawks game came on in the morning, so instead of having the usual football fare we decided to do a football breakfast. One of the things I made up were these pancake poppers. They were easy to make a bunch at one time, since you bake them in the oven, and were perfect for a breakfast buffet. No leftovers with these guys!

Superbowl Cookies

We get together with friends for the Superbowl every year - they may be different friends from year to year, but we are always partying with someone. I love to make fun foods for this event: I mean, let's face it, half the fun of Superbowl is the commercials and food!

This year I made football sugar cookies.

Superbowl Sliders

Superbowl. It's pretty much become a holiday event for most people. Friends, food, drinks, commercials and of course the game. 

You know me. I can't let a holiday go by without making it a little extra fun and special. It was super easy with these Superbowl Sliders that I came up with. They looked amazing and were a huge hit.
