We had Jess's Graduation open house this weekend and did some fun stuff. One of my favorites were these fun little graduation cap cupcakes that we came up with. Fairly easy, they look awesome and were a big hit.
Ingredients
Cake mix
Frosting
24 Rolos
Chocolate graham crackers
colored dipping chocolate (whatever the school colors are)
mini M&M's
Directions
Make 24 cupcakes either by scratch or box, your preference. Frost.
Cut the chocolate graham crackers into squares. Dip your Rolo in melted dipping chocolate for the bottom of the graduation cap: then dip your graham cracker for the top of the cap. Put a mini M&M in the center of the graham cracker for the cap button.
