Ice Cream For Breakfast! The Results

Aaron: "Your post today was totally great.... are we really having ice cream for breakfast tomorrow?

Me: Um..... yes?

Aaron: Hmm... not sure I can do ice cream for breakfast. Well, maybe just a little.

Me: How am I suppose to post the results on the blog if we don't at least try a little? I think this french toast looks like it's going to be really yummy.

Aaron: Okay. Sounds fun. A great way to start a fun day.

Bet you didn't think we would do it, did ya? Ice cream for breakfast. But we did and it was delicious! Also, here are a few numbers for you:

Syrup - 1/4 cup
Calories = 220
Fat = 0g
Sugar = 38g
Sodium = 130mg
Calcium = 0g
Protein = 0g

Ice Cream - 1/2 cup
Calories = 140
Fat = 7g
Sugar = 13g
Sodium = 50mg
Calcium = 8%
Protein = 2g

The way I look at it, ice cream is actually healthier for you on your french toast than syrup! Next time, don't hesitate, just go for it!
