Jess has been having a hard time at school lately due to a few hitches in her classes. I wanted to do something to cheer her up and make her smile. What two better ways to make someone happy than getting something fun in the mail and having a party? So, that's just what I did: I sent her a party care package in the mail.
I had a lot of fun shopping for this little package of joy. With Jess being in the dorms, it had to be simple and easy, but fun. Here's what I included in her box of love:
- Valentine's Cake mix
- Valentines' frosting with decorating sprinkles
- Disposable cupcake pans - for easy baking in the community kitchen and quick disposal when done.
- Valentine's M and M's
- Party plates and napkins
- A few decorating items - heart streamers and magnets to put around the dorm.
She just got it the other day and was super excited. She has her party all planned out with her friends. They're going to go bowling, bring back some pizza and top it off with her wonderful cupcakes that she is going to make.
It's so simple to bring a smile to someones face - just think outside the box... and then put it into a box and send it to them ;o)
