Rainbow Jell-O

The pot of gold is at the end of the rainbow and if your lucky even the little Irish leprechaun to grant you your wishes. This awesome Jell-O treat brings the wonders of the rainbow to your table.

Ingredients:

5 different colors of Jell-O

     Berry Blue

     Lime

     Lemon

     Orange

     Strawberry

1 boxes of Knox Gelatine

1 can sweetended condensed milk

Directions:

Mix 3 packages of Knox gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Add sweetened condensed milk to Knox gelatin mixture and set aside.

Starting with you blue Jell-O, make according to package directions and poor onto a 9x13 inch glass dish. Put in the fridge and let set 20 minutes, or until completely set.

Poor 3/4 cup of the Knox gelatin/condensed milk mixture over the top of the Jell-O and put in fridge to set that - another 20 minutes.

Repeat the last two steps with each color of Jell-O, adding the Knox gelatin/condensed milk in between each flavor, until you finish with Strawberry on the top.
