Giant Hershey Kiss

I remember when these use to be the big thing to make when I was in Jr. High. Who would want just a little kiss when they could have an entire make out?! With Valentines Day just around the corner, these could be the perfect thing to make for that someone special.

Supplies

1 large funnel
1 pound chocolate of your choice (I like dark ;o)
Anything you would like to add to your chocolate (optional):
      Nuts
      Rice Crispeys
      Dried Cherries
      Peanut Butter
      Caramel

Directions

1. Melt chocolate in a double broiler, or in the microwave. Watch it very carefully because it's very easy to go too far and it will solidify making it impossible to work with. Make sure to stir it every 30 seconds or more and take off heat the second it is completely melted.

2. While chocolate is melting, plug the end of your funnel with a mini-marshmallow and spray with a light coating of non-stick spray. Set funnel in a sturdy cup to hold while you pour in your chocolate.

3. Once your chocolate is melted add whatever extras you want in it, and pour into your funnel. Make sure to tap it every few seconds to get rid of any air pockets that could form. If you are adding peanut butter, caramel or some other filler, pour your chocolate into your funnel until about 1/3 full, add your filling, and then continue to fill to the top with the rest of the chocolate.

4. Set in fridge, cup and all, for several hours until completely hardened. Tap the funnel gently and your Kiss should slide right out.

5. Make your own personal "message tag" to put on your kiss, and wrap in aluminum foil.
